I have lived with back pain ever since I was involved in 2 car accidents (rollovers) in 1993. Since then, I have been in and out of physical therapy, chiropractic and massage, but nothing seemed to work. That is, until I met George.

After my first session with George, I was pain free for 4 whole days. It was amazing. That is the first time in over 20 years that I felt that good. After each consecutive session, I feel better for longer periods of time.

Great experience: our massages were deep but focused on releasing tension through breathwork which worked really well and got rid of my husband’s back pain all together whilst making mine a lot more tolerable in a short time. I had an excellent massage from George. His is not your 'feel good' massage. He works your muscles with pressure and firmness. I appreciated hearing his philosophy and understand that I need to go a good deal of work on my breathing. If I could, I would see him twice a month. I am much less stiff that I was.

You have to have an open mind- If you do acupuncture or meditate this is for you. Deep breathing to let your muscles relax and give way as you're being massaged. Encourages continued deep breathing as needed after the treatment to prevent "clenching/tightening" as we react to stress. Encourages being aware/present of our muscles. Not an ordinary massage. This massage goes deeper and George will find the source of your tension and help you work on it. The point of his massages is to make it so you don’t have to come back repeatedly. The sessions last and his approach is unique and highly effective.
